Aviary is dead useful
It’s an online version of photoshop. It’s not got all the stuff I assume professionals and lolcat editors need but it’s a decent substitute. Sign in with gmail/facebook/whatever and you too are ready to start editing sub-GCSE level art. I done this colouring in earlier:

Nintendo continue to wage war on my bank account
After Microsoft’s impressive showing (well, at least the Minority Report style interfaces) at E3 yesterday, Nintendo managed to totally blow them (away) today. Along with a new Donkey Kong Country, a new Zelda, new Kirby, a Goldeneye game and Metroid, they launched the 3DS. Congratulations Nintendo, you just secured a few hundred more of my future pounds.

Radiohead are Ico fans
Not just Ico fans either, Jonny Greenwood posted a list of their favourite games on Dead Air Space that included both Half Life games, Braid and Goldeneye. It makes them seem more like real folk (nerds) knowing that they enjoy the same stuff that we (I) do.
